My wife and I both have loan accounts here. My wife's account has never been able to access the online account in 3 years she has used this company. I got my own account recently and just tried to open the online account that we were both promised would be available. After many tries I was not able to create my own and I tried to create one for my wife again. This didn't work either. So I called the number provided in my email. It did not get anyone. I had another number I was finally able to get someone. I told her my issues with the accounts and I got told the same thing my wife has been told many many times. We have a new system taking place and you will have to create a new account. I told her I just did that. She said I would have to do it again Monday. When I asked how to pay my bill she said she could do it. She forced me to add a card to the account and said she would delete it. Hopefully that got done. Then charged me $1.50 on both accounts for paying with a card.
We were promised access to online. Denied.
We were told we had to add a card even though I was not comfortable doing that with the promise of taking it off.
We were then overcharged for paying the only way it could be paid.

My experience with 1st Franklin in slidell was awesome. They were friendly and knowledgeable worked with me on what I wanted. They did not try to push more on me. Kendall Morris was excellent and walked me thru the process. Thanx to everyone there
