Marquise Bowers is amazing!!! This was my first time getting a mortgage and she explained the entire process to me to where I was as comfortable as one could be taking out a huge loan. Every question I had was answered and explained in a very timely manner. Doing research on rates with other companies showed me that not only did I get a competitive rate, but it was just so much easier dealing with 719lending. Wow! What can I say? I am actually blown away by how seamless this process was! This is the first time we have bought a home and we did not know what we were doing. Annette walked us through every step and even though it took some creativity, she made it happen. She turned over every stone to find the perfect plan for us!
We were anxious in the beginning and she knew it, and was able to ease our stress by making everything easy to understand. Her patience is unparalleled and we will be recommending her to anyone we know who is interested in buying or selling a house. She is a rock star and even sent US a thank you card and housewarming gift when we were done. My wife just lost her mom and Annette even gave us a very heartfelt sympathy card. Her personal touch and sense of humor had us at ease in spite of the inevitable worries we had going on. 5 stars doesn’t cover the work she did! Thank you Annette!

I wish Google had 10 stars so I could give them to 719 Lending, Ryan Jahnke and his team! The intimidating process of purchasing a home (closed on 10/31/2024) was made incredibly easy and smooth by Ryan and the others. They were 100% on top of their game and made sure everything was approved and processed quickly. I am so very impressed, especially after difficult experiences with other lenders! I recommend them to everyone, but especially to first time home buyers.
