Great company!! I loved, loved, loved working with Steve!! He is so down to earth, very knowledgeable and helpful! He made my refinance less stressful, answered all of my questions, gave me the best solutions for my situation and guided me thru the entire process!! Although the interest rate was a little bit higher than we had hoped to get and my home appraised for just a little less than we wanted it too, none of that stopped the process! Hands down best experience ever! Brad and his team were able to get us a much higher loan than other lenders. They answered any and every question we had and always returned calls, emails, text etc. Brad was also very patient with all my questions and concerns. I’d definitely recommend! Discovering Brad and team was an accident when we bought our new home in 2014. We have refinanced twice since original closing and both times with them! To be fair, i have dipped my feet in the market and received quotes from few other agents (including online), but somehow I ended up placing higher trust in Global Home Finance team. They are totally transparent. What I like best about dealing with them is that they never assume that "I should know" and instead take the pains of explaining what I should know. Highly recommended!
