This company is fine until I talked to one of there loan officers. There is a loan officer named Jennifer Walden or Waldren. She was completely rude and obnoxious to me and my son. HR needs to please listen to our conversations. I can’t believe you would have someone like this working at your bank. She lied to me, she was unprofessional and she needs to be investigated. Every time I call to speak to her supervisor, they hang up on me. I can’t believe I was treated this way. Will someone please help me!!!!

I was surprised how quick and simple the process at FLCU was for me. I get frustrated when customer service becomes difficult from the perspective of the one who works at a business that supplies customer service, but that was not the case with me at the 43rd St, Gainesville, FL, FLCU. They treated me like they cared. Thank you!

I inquired about a mortgage and because I live out of state, they won’t do the mortgage. The representative could’ve told me this on our initial phone call. Instead, she had me answer 20 minutes worth of questions only for someone else to call me back and say sorry Charlie you live out of state. What’s worse is the minute I got off the phone with the rep I started getting thousands of phone calls from various unscrupulous telesales mortgage brokers. Coincidence? Unlikely.

Went into today on a small personal loan for a small truck I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr peacock and Mrs. Johnson up at the 43rd street branch , I can honestly say I have never had a better experience dealing with any bank. They were so kind and helpful.

Customer service needs improvement. Very frustrating and inconvenient that you can't make an appointment ahead of time to talk with a representative. You can only sign in on site,except for tellers, and wait in line. Also, bank or cashier's checks(even local ones) take as long to clear as personal checks in spite of being assured it would be overnight.

As a first time car buyer I am thankful to have received the help and work of Taylor Peacock. He was very helpful and thorough, making sure we came out of his office with exactly what we needed. You can tell he cares about the wellbeing and outcome of anyone that walks through his office door. Highly recommend his expertise and guidance.
