I found Andrew after being turned down by all the big guys and a few others 740+ Credit Score, tax returns & income ok and with way over 20%+ to put down, my Achilles heal was 100% overseas income and to make matters worse found out late that my funds weren't seasoned. Wired cash into my USA account weeks before closing. Andrew did a great job for me. He beat all of the competition and never missed a beat. I was looking for a cash out max loan on an investment property. I wanted a 30 year fixed rate or 10/1 ARM. He not only got the loan for me quickly but beat the 10 year arm on the 30 year. Most other quotes couldn't even find the loan for me.
I don't really like the name Cash Cow but I sure liked the results. Everything he told me ended up exactly the way he said.
