I received an email concerning lending money. So I called and they asked me many questions to see if I would qualify. I did so they emailed me a list of what they needed. It was a lot!! They stuck with me and helped me with every thing so they could get every thing needed up front. Then they handed me off to SouthState bank and I needed a lot more documents. They found things that I didn't even know was out there. We, together, got every thing taken care of and I was funded. It took approximately two months. The interest rate was a little high but it all worked out. I thank you for your patience with me.

Call Dennis if you need your lender to really listen to what your industry concerns are. From the first phone call to Dennis he was absolutely fabulous in handling every question I had. I had an excellent outcome with First Union. Dennis gave me advice that was spot on. Given my circumstances. It was not what I wanted or what I asked for, but Dennis' had a great strategy and a clear vision based on his experience as it related to my situation specifically.

I took his advice and worked with the people he referred me to. I am glad I trusted Dennis.

He contacted me initially on LinkedIn and was able to convey that he understood my industry.

1. I took a bridge loan in September 2019 that cleaned up my consumer credit, and injected cash into our operating budget, we were able to cover the loan without any issues. In a few short months, my consumer credit score went through the roof and then our business' cash flow qualified us for an SBA loan 6 months later during tax filing season... perfect timing!

2. The loan broker he referred us to was amazingly efficient and our loan funded at end of March 2020. Such a blessing! SO grateful!

In less than one year's time, our business and our family have never been more secure during one of the most difficult financial periods the world has ever seen.

First Union lending is a great financial parter to have. They were there for us last week when we needed an unsecured business loan. As a small business owner it’s really hard to know who you can trust and who is going to do the best for your business and we are so glad to have found First Union. They have helped us out greatly this time and we are happy to now know who to trust when we need funding again to grow our moving company even more. They stayed in touch the whole time and helped us pay some bills and buy new equipment during our slow season. They are a good option for people who might not be able to qualify at a bank, while being convenient and flexible. The application took less than 10 minutes and rates are fair
