I wanted buying a car to be easy, and Cartelligent delivered!
We knew what car we wanted, but it was difficult to find a dealer that had the right one (color, trim, options, etc) available. Plus my experience with a dealer has ranged from negative to terrible. I want to just click a button and buy a car.
I emailed Chuck from Cartelligent what we wanted (must haves, nice-to-haves), and two days later he had two options. It arrived two weeks later, and we signed most of the paperwork electronically. Zero interactions with the dealer, which is exactly what we wanted. Plus, it was $2k under MSRP, with 0.9% APR. Perfect.

Honestly, such an easy experience. Worked with Ethan who got me a great deal on an EV. I reached out on a Thursday and had a brand new car in my garage by the following Tuesday. Communication was really good, process was super painless with zero surprises throughout. Team at East Bay Cartelligent at pickup were great. I was in and out in probably less than 25 minutes after signing some paperwork and getting a quick rundown of the car features. Compared to my last experience at a dealership, even with a pre-negotiated deal and simple financing, it took hours. When this lease is up, I'm headed right back 🙂

Chuck Revell and his team were outstanding in their service to help us buy our first electric vehicle (Id4) and I am very pleased with their service. I got connected to Chuck at Cartelligent when I learned about this program- Drive Clean Bay Area, last year, which provided info on rebates and some of its perks which included checking out available EVs on the market and using Cartelligent services for free ($400 worth of end to end services) to buy or lease an eligible EV.

Once I signed up for this program, I got put in touch with Chuck and he guided me step by step on how to go about selecting the EV I want and navigating the next steps. He helped all the way from when I changed my mind for which car I wanted, to getting paperwork completed and actually walking me to my new car that I ended up buying and then also following up post about my experience. We did experience about 6 months of backlog because of manufacturing issues but Chuck stayed connected and reached out to let me know when my car was ready and from there he helped in making the entire car buying process smooth for us including paperwork for car registration and financing.

Given our earlier experiences with car buying and haggling at dealerships which has been very stressful, this was a pleasantly refreshing experience where I always knew that Chuck and his team are on the customer’s side. I was worried about major MSRP increase because of the manufacturing delay and the upgraded version that I was receiving but Chuck assured me of the difference in final price
and just as he stated there were no surprises there! The paperwork was clean, clear and smooth and he and Ricardo took care of everything.

He continued to be of assistance for helping me sort out financing issues or answer any questions about the refinancing process.

Overall highly satisfied and will come back to Chuck and team when we buy our next car.
