I thoroughly enjoyed my buying experience at Micheal Stead Cadillac in Walnut Creek. Very straight forward Sales (Justin!! my brother!), no pressure, negotiated well and fairly, finance guy was awesome too (Dominic!! my boy! So good and fast!!). I bonded with the Manager too, John, who also made me feel like part of their family. You pay what market value calls for with a Cadillac (the Best luxury cars in the world!), but it’s the Service and good feelings that really seal the deal. Went there to purchase my certified pre-owned CT4V Blackwing. At first I was a bit afraid to go to a dealer to purchase a car due to my previous experience.
