March 2023 . I had 100% equity in my property in Bay County . My credit is well below 600 due to Fraud and past negatives . 2021's T-Mobile and AT&T's data breaches put all of my info on the dark web . Getting an equity loan was important to us . They actually got us a first mortgage and added Susns name to the deed . Jennifer worked hard to get us a private lender . It was pretty quick and very professionally done . A mobile closing was done . I am impressed by all of the people , and how easy they made our home loan . Now I can bring this property up to its full potential . Without fail I would use them again and reccomend their excellent services . Update : June 2024 : Suz finally got her disability , Starting in Sept. 24 . Zero thanks to the 2 lousy law firms . We needed a loan modification with our same lender to finish the Hurricane Michael repairs and some more upgrades . I called Jen . 1 day approval after I did my part with info ! ! Jennifer has always stayed in touch with us , after the close , out of the blue she'll call ! How y'all do'in . I can't say enough about that and the professionalism of the firm she works with . I can't forget Frank , he works as hard as everybody in the office
