DO NOT BANK WITH LOGIX.

I’ve had a mortgage with Logix for 2 years, along with checking and savings accounts. Every single “real estate professional,” they have connected me with is brand new (less than 2 yrs of experience) or an aggressive, collections representative.

Our family was evacuated as a result of the Eaton Fire. According to Logix, our house was not burnt down, and therefore we did not qualify for a forbearance, disaster assistance, or even the federally-mandated moratorium on credit reporting.

We’ve now spoken with 6 different loan originators, and again, not one has had much actual experience in originating loans (or that even spoke with correct grammar, unfortunately). We’ve worked tirelessly to try to resolve this amicably with Logix since January, and have been met with ineptitude, incompetence, rude and heartless service reps, and zero clarity on how to proceed.

While we are now exploring every legal remedy we have to hold Logix accountable for their wonton disregard of the state and federal government-mandated assistance and non-reporting orders, it is a shame to think that any other families could have to deal with a horrible financial institution like Logix Federal Credit Union, in the face of unspeakable tragedy.

The recent wildfires and hurricane-force winds have caused incredible hardship and pain for many families. While my family is very fortunate in that we still have a house and the financial means to get by and hire legal counsel to fight a crooked organization like Logix, many don’t.

Therefore, if you are considering using Logix for your next loan, whether that be a mortgage or line of credit or something else, please look elsewhere and save yourself a tremendous amount of headache and BS.

If I could give them 0/5, I would. 1-star is too high a rating for them.

I believe Credit Unions offer their members the best terms, rates, and service that can be found in the financial industry. LOGIX has performed perfectly for me and my family, helping with many finance-related matters. I wouldn't think of being anywhere else.

I already bank with Logix and have been trying to get a home loan pre approval and I can’t get a call back from my account manager, Lilly.

I also reached out to them to do a principal reduction on my existing auto loan and it’s literally been a month, the money has been sitting in my account and they still haven’t processed the principal reduction.

It’s hard for me to write this because Logix has great rates and used to have stellar customer service… but this has been such a turn off for me, I can’t imagine working with a lender like this through the stressful home buying process if they’re this flaky, beware.

Logix is a great to place to bank, and the Westlake branch is no exception.
I've been a member for almost forty years and I can't imagine doing business anywhere else.
I was prompted to write this review when I read the one star review given by someone who came to the c.u. fifteen minutes before closing, without an appointment, and was angry that the 'new accounts' officer was tied up with another customer.
I am very happy this person took their money to another banking institution, members with such attitude we don't need.

I was in Target and wanted to make a purchase of $166.00 and had a check on hold for the amount of $4,000.00 I had less than 9 hours until it was all released. I had called this logix bank to at least release enough for my purchase and they only aloud me to have $100.00 what? I mean, Really! Mind you I have had large amounts like this before without an issue. I have been a loyal customer over 7 years and this is the treatment I get!! Had I walked into the bank, they would have released much more. But I guess calling was a mistake. This has to be the most irritating, unprofessional, lousy customer service ever. I would question this bank for the reasons of helping a person in need through this covid-19 hardship. Not Good!

I called in to see when will I receive my check. Coz I was expecting to use it to pay for my daughter's summer tuition that I needed in a few days. The person who helped me was very helpful and very nice. I think her name was Tony. She told me that she didn’t see any check ordered. So she place it for me and waved the expedited delivery that cost almost $50.00. Thank you so much!

Came from Chase which is distancing itself from customers by installing robotic tellers in branch and reducing actual humans.

Logix gives you a classic feel , one I imagine that banks of yesteryear had.

Engaging people who greet you at the door. Got a thank you letter from Bonnie remembering what I was going to do the next day. That's a real pro.

I went in 15 minutes before closing time. Hardly any customers inside at all. I simply wanted to open just a savings account. The front greeter guy said "all appointments are taken" for the day. He was sorry. I'm quite surprised and very disappointed that they turned me away like that. BAD SERVICE! I will *not* go back at a later time. Instead, I will take my money to a different bank. They lost!
