No me gusto su servicio , pues ya habian aprobado mi credito y hiba para recoger mi ben t y ya hiba en camino cuando hablo y les digo que ya hiba a recogerla y me dicen que ya la habian vendido siendo que ya estaba tratada conmigo . y me salio con su cuento de que su manager ya la habia vendidos.
No me gusto su servicio son inresponsables😔

I'm at a loss here. This dealership is a total scam and fraud. They lured me in with a seemingly fair price for a Car, but when it came time to finalize the paperwork, the price skyrocketed. They demanded a $4,500 down payment, despite me having a pre-approved loan from a Bank. They claimed to work with someone through a "shady program" called CUDL, but insisted I finance through their own program instead. Even when I went to Travis with the sales manager, Alex, they refused to sign over the title until I agreed to their scam CUDL financing. Their behavior was incredibly disrespectful and dishonest. In short, avoid this dealership at all costs. You'll get a much better deal and a more trustworthy experience by securing financing through a reputable credit union. Do not come to this place unless you are looking to get ripped off. Avoid this place at all cost.

My trade in ended up in Oakland at the docks abandoned still in my name. So shady!!! I had to pay for the tickets as well as calling daily to try to get him to get it out of my name. Which he never did. Straight up scammers!!

Just got my second car with them last night and I cannot stress how amazing the customer service is. They go above and beyond to find the best value on a new car, and take care of all the stress of paperwork. That's not all... have an old lease/car? They'll take care of that for you too (even the inspection!). Everything was literally done in the comfort of my own home, and I'm so glad I didn't have to deal with shady dealerships.

So many really nice cars and trucks! The staff took the time to answer all kinds of questions and let us test drive numerous vehicles. My friend didn't buy a car, but we really liked the staff here. They seem very knowledgeable and we'll informed.....and they're nice.

I wish I could give them no stars at all, worst experience ever in trying to get a used car from these guys, The owner I think Alex is so rude. We agreed on the price of a vehicle and even paid deposit, Walked in today with the rest of the Money and his associate says that the car has been sold to someone else & said that Alex is out of the office, It became more interesting when Alex popped out of his little corner not realizing that I was in their reception area, He tried to sneak back in but was too late because he saw me looking at him. Than tries to apologies that there was a problem with the car and they had to pull it back from Selling it. Apparently the stories didn’t match from the Salesman and Alex himself, they didn’t even want to refund my deposit and were pushing me to get another car which was not even worth the price, Was about to call the cops in them for not refunding my money but they got scared and gave my money back. Whheeew..... what a lucky save from these “CROOKS”......

Sacramento Auto sales was by far the best used car dealership in and around the Sacramento area. I searched for a used car at other dealerships and they were all rude and wanted to sell me the car they thought was best for me. Sacramento Auto Sales on the other hand were patient and when I didn't find what I wanted at their dealership, they went out to look for what I wanted! Amazing! Once they found the car I wanted the process was smooth Andi went home satisfied. I absolutely recommend this place!

I bought my first car (2010 Honda Fit Sport) from this place more than 3.5 years ago when I had just started college. Since that time I racked over 70,000 miles commuting back and forth from UCSD to my parents house in Elk Grove. I haven't had a single major problem besides a minor tire pressure monitor light that came up 2 years into my ownership. It required specialized tools to repair and even though I was out of warranty Alex was able get it fixed for a fraction of what the Honda dealer was going to charge. That being said, today I bought my second car from him. I was able to get a sweet deal on a used Tacoma since my honda makes it difficult to lug around a surfboard in San Diego. I cant recommend this guy enough!
