My husband and I had been searching for a home for about 2 years! As first time buyers, we believed going with the preferred lender was the way to go! Yet, we kept getting denied!! So please, don’t always believe the preferred lender “hype” from the builder!! It’s always best to weigh your options! We finally found another home we liked, the preferred lender quoted us this outrageous price! Our realtor connected us with Edward Foy! He immediately got us a better deal!! Mr.Foy was really good!!! He answered all questions and fought with us when things got rocky with the builder! I highly recommend Mr.Foy, he’s that GUY!!!

Edward Foy is awesome! He works so hard that I’m not sure when he finds time to sleep. He was in constant communication with me and my clients. He was always available to me and my clients. He personally delivered paperwork to their home when needed and showed up to the closing to ensure everything closed smoothly. He was efficient and always on top of things. Edward Foy was a pleasure to work with! He got back to me about my questions and concerns very quickly and was thorough with his answers which made the whole buying a house process smoother than I expected. Even after all the work he put into our loan we contemplated using our bank instead and he was still very respectful and wanted to make sure we got the best deal with whoever we chose. I'm very glad we stuck with him in the end. He was very respectful and professional from beginning to end. I will recommend him to everyone and if I buy a house again I will definitely use him again!
