We know we picked the right lender when we had our first meeting with Jorge. He really did have our best interest in mind. He was patient, understanding and is filled with so much knowledge, as first time home buyers we never felt out of the loop. Jorge is just one cool guy! The whole team is friendly Diana is also amazing she was on top of her game with paperwork and signatures. Jorge and his team were incredibly helpful, assuring, and patient as we navigated the home buying process for the first time. They were the fourth lender we attempted to work with and it was apparent how intentional they are about making sure their clients are informed at every step of the way. They use a really helpful checklist that they update and email every time a step is completed in the escrow process which we thought was super helpful. Jorge is also very accommodating and it was apparent that he was constantly advocating on our behalf. Most importantly, we never felt pressured or rushed to make quick decisions. We were advised based on our specific financial situation and not on a desire for them to just close a sale.

We would recommend Integrity to any of our friends and family. They truly live up to their name. Thank you all for being a part of our home buying team. You have made what could be a very stressful process so simple to navigate!
