I went to visit some long time FAMILY FRIENDS at SOUTHAMPTON MOBILE HOME PARK. The grounds are well-maintained, trailers are underpinned & skirted, no junky cars in parking areas, and folks "walk" for exercise. The streets are clean & free of debris, and the Office is clean & neat. Very safe! Nice place to live/ raise children! Amen!

Nice homes and nice community the staff was nice and the property was kept up and clean , the inside homes are nice and new for the most part , theres a gas station like walking distance from the main entrance and plenty of kids playing in the park which i loved its a bit out of the city , i really like this place and the community people seemed nice and the maintenance guy was nice super cool guy

The neighborhood is actually quiet and decent for the area my biggest issue is the property manager. She has the nastiest attitude and sense of ownership that’s not warranted. Even when you own your property she has something to say she has been in probably will be the reason that I want to move out the neighborhood. I have been there for years and have never had an issue with my neighbors or the neighborhood.

I like my little mobile home! I love Angel she’s always so helpful! I would say my biggest complaint right now is mice and the water always being shut off every other week! That’s such an inconvenience for working people who work from 9-5! I called in today due to not wanting to go to work dirty and I rescheduled my dr appt too! I just hope they fix this problem

Have worked with Brandie mostly, over the course of several months, to get my daughter a home here. We looked at a couple different options, and Brandie was patient and guided us through the process to get approved to be residents. We purchased a used home and the process was very smooth. All our questions were answered, and all paperwork has been in order. The community is kid friendly, nice neighbors, mostly quiet, and mostly everyone is respectful of the rules. In any densely occupied space you'll always have some level of noise and commotion. Overall a great place, with management and staff that takes pride in their jobs and keeping the community a desirable place to live.

I've been here for over two years and actually love the place. They have so much to offer here, the lot rent is expensive but you get what you pay for. . They have a beautiful clean pool area, playground for children. Management runs a tight ship, yet otherwise it would be a dump like some of the other parks in Spalding County and for that I give management two thumbs up. Very quite laid back clean place to live.

It sucks living here all the way around, we need new trailers for the people who needs them the most without holes in the floor & walls. The rent & water is way too high as always the rent always goes up every year, and we the people lives on small budgets like SSI; I know can't always afford a 5 or 6 hundred dollars bill month to month.
Maintenance don't do anything around here for the renters or owners, There no seats or benches at the bus stop or a safe way to walk to & back from the Bus stop with out getting hit every morning and afternoon, people in cars need to slow down and watch out for our children! The loud music boomboxes & people with the gocarts and 4 wheelers that's got to go & it always smells really bad like "weed" back up swears around here as well, you know who you are, people have asthma !!! ... If I can't have it, then they can't have it here ether! What is our money going to just to live here?, we all expect safety of our homes to be up to date & family to live comfortable & to be friendly here & so much more?!

Great community to live in. We lived here for a year and 9 months and would have stayed if we didn't need to move for a job transfer. Angel and the office staff have been nothing but professional and friendly to us during our stay and made us feel welcome and appreciated. The dialogue that I have read on some of these reviews is untrue and seems as though the only ones that complain are the ones that don't want to follow the rules.
