Before you read the bottom, I was later contacted by Lev Kuperman, a Managing Partner at Prosperum Funding. Lev went above and beyond to make things right. He refunded not only the fees I had paid but also the amount I owed from the first fictitious loan. He assured me that Prosperum Funding does not operate in the unprofessional manner I experienced and that Dwayne Webster is no longer working for the company.

Lev didn’t have to go that extra mile, but he did, and it really impressed me with the way he handled the situation and made it right. While I’m still unhappy with the whole ordeal, Lev took the bad taste out of my mouth by stepping up and addressing the problem head-on.

If you value accountability and responsiveness, Prosperum Funding has shown me that they are willing to take responsibility and fix mistakes. That said, I recommend proceeding with caution and ensuring you work with the right individuals within the company.

I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience was with Prosperum Funding and their so-called broker, Dwayne Webster. This company is nothing short of a scam operation, and I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with them to stay far away.

I approached Prosperum Funding for assistance with a reconsolidation loan, and at first, everything seemed professional and promising. Dwayne Webster assured me that the process would be smooth and efficient. I trusted them and paid their fees upfront, expecting them to follow through on their promises.

Unfortunately, after they took my money, they completely ghosted me. No returned calls, no updates—nothing. They left me hanging with no resolution, no refund, and no answers. To make matters worse, the lending bank I was working with is also furious with Prosperum Funding and has cut ties with them entirely due to their shady practices.

This company is a complete fraud, preying on people who are trying to improve their financial situations. Dwayne Webster, in particular, should be ashamed of his actions and lack of accountability. Their behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and downright criminal.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do NOT do business with Prosperum Funding or Dwayne Webster. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for financial assistance. These people are trash—plain and simple—and they deserve to be exposed for their deceptive practices.
