Wow. I have been a loyal customer both for personal and business accounts .What a great bank. They are not like big impersonal banks. I have used them for ppp program. They are tops.
Someone tried to commit identity theft using a fake id at the bank and they stopped him.
They are courteous, friendly and very helpful. I recommend that local businesses use them for their banking needs.

I've dealt with Spring Bank for commercial loans, lines of credits and daily banking needs. John Lakis and Omar Perez are exceptional. Having been with many banks over the past 20 years, Spring Bank offers excellent personal attention: email updates, quick responses, direct phone access, secured communication, easy appointments, etc, etc..... In these days of virtual assistants, call centers and hold times, thank god for Spring. I foresee a continued pleasant experience and relationship with Spring.

The vestibule for this location is supposed to be 24 hours and Alot of people been complaining it's locked after hours because of the homeless people sleeping in there! Such an inconvenience,this is a real problem and it's not fair the customers have to suffer!! Fix it Spring Bank!!
