The "behind the scene" team froze my CERTIFIED FUNDS and of course you have to make an appointment at ANY BANK IN THE USA now just to get simple help and the customer service number is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS and then they tell you to go to a local branch. When i did come to this branch, they were booked but Yader Saenz squeezed me in and provided me with OUTSTANDING customer service and made sure we got to the bottom of the issue and got it corrected. His manager Shelley got involved and they did teamwork and got my funds released immediately. Yader and Shelley please continue the determination of excellent customer service but Wells Fargo as a a whole needs to GET IT TOGETHER! WHY IN THE HELL WOULD YOU FREEZE A CASHIER CHECK FROM ANOTHER U.S. BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID Wells Fargo bank at any cost. There is no bank in entire US worse than Wells Fargo. I have accounts with all major banks and Wells Fargo is the worse bank in the world... They locked my account for no reason because I wanted to Zelle $1000... That is pretty stupid. They close at 5 p.m. and I am working till 5 p.m. so there is no way I can ever make to the bank on time... I will close my account and transfer all my money...

I’ve never used a more infuriating bank. I am working on closing all of our business accounts at this point because WF is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. Also, the branch phone automatically transfers to mainline (unhelpful) support.

I’ve spent HOURS and HOURS on a simple request and next steps are different every time I call.

Edit: I got a call from an Executive Resolution Team after leaving a bad survey. The person from this team was the first person I talked to who actually acted like he cared. However, after promising a call back within 48 hours, I never heard from him again.

Now we have a business credit card with US Bank so I can finally say good riddance to the bank that pays billions of dollars in fines for fraud every few years (Wells Fargo in case that isn’t clear).

If you are looking for a personal account, go to RBFCU, Chase or Schwab (depending on what kind of account you need).

Go to this branch for simple express send services. They asked me to go home and make appointments. I have to drive to 15 mins another branch where they help me set up what I need. Suggest to close this brach if needed to save operation cost because customers will need to drive to other branches for supports anyway.

Would not give me the chance to wait until a notary was available, instead sent me to ups which charges $10 per signature. Will find another bank.

So bad customer service, they don't care I have in bank on Saturday 21 I arrived there 11,35 am try to open an checking account and Unfortunately I have Saving account with wellsfargo one of the teller she said y need to come at 11 because it take one hour to open an checking account , I want ask the manger of this branch is that real take one hour to open an checking account and how long to open checking and saving 2 or 3 hours and if y don't take a customers around 11.30 why y close at 12 y should close at 11.30 better
