On 2/9/2018 I arrived at the PNC located on 73rd and Stoney Island. I was very disappointed that I waited 15 minutes while a second teller set at her computer and failed to assess me. When I finally arrived at the teller, a second customer arrived at the branch and the teller who failed to assist me immediately opened her window to assist this customer. In addition to the poor service I received, the teller who was assisting me system went down in the middle of my transaction. The money was removed from my account and was informed that they have not received the funds. Which means my funds are just floating in limbo at this point. So not only have I yet to receive the money order that I originally requested, my account is now basically missing funds and I’m still here at the bank 40 minutes later. With still no solution to my issue.

This bank is very unprofessional and they do not do good business! I have been there several times to try and open up a business account and every time I go it is an excuse. They had an elderly man who had fell down in the vestibule because they were harassing him and being so mean rude. If you are trying to start a business look elsewhere. The manager is very nasty and they are mistreating customers. I went down the street to Bank of America and got an account the same day. Don’t waste your time going to PNC on 71st and Stony Island in Chicago. Take your money and business elsewhere.

Horrible establishment! I will be filing a complaint with whomever I need to report what a horrible location this is. The teller staff does nothing but have you standing there waiting forever. It's normally 1-2 people behind the teller line.

PNC should revamp this location and get new staff. If more people complained maybe they will listen.

I wish there was a 0 option this used to be the top customer service bank in the southshore south side now it's the complete opposite the tellers especially drive up act like you owe them a favor its my money that keeps them there today the teller ask me to sign my personal check which
need a signature I'm sure I signed it as I have signed checked for over 20 years she then informed to write for deposit only as she had my signature and my ID ....I OVERDONE WITH THIS LOCATION when it first open it was the best now I have to go out to Orland Pk and make a deposit .

I came into this bank to use an ATM inside, I was told there isn't one located inside and that I can walk up to the one that's outside in the drive-up lanes! The way they have their traffic flow routed its first, of all, ridiculous and dangerous....the ATM is too close to the corner of the building, making it difficult for someone driving up to the ATM to see someone who WALKED UP to the ATM, BEFORE likely hitting them! So for them to direct their customers to walk up to an ATM that's clearly unsafe to do so, is thoughtless and uncaring, and places their customers directly in harm's way!!! Secondly, the place is so small....claustrophobic!!!!

This place is taking up space!, NO CASH I the inside!!..ATM NEVER HAVE CASH!!..went for a voided check, printer don't work, no other options but visit another location!!...WHY are you here?
