Sergio was fantastic. He was referred to me through our realtor a year ago. However, I decided to go back to someone who had been recommended to me back in 2021. That was my mistake. This other lender had made me lose a house we planned on placing an offer on. So when I found this place shortly after losing out on the other house, I reached out to Sergio to help me place my offer.

He was great. He knew we needed a pre-approval letter and got it to us within 24 hours of talking to him. After a week of offers back and forth we made an agreement on pricing with the seller.
