The Colorado Mortgage Team helped me with my first home purchase. I started the process knowing virtually nothing about mortgages or the housing market, but they did a great job of sharing their knowledge and within a week or two, I felt fully confident that I had the information I needed to make a decision about buying a home.

I don't ever write reviews unless the service was really bad. I just don't use them anymore. However, this IS different. I can not rest until I let new potential home buyers know that there are options and there are top-notch options! This is where the Colorado Mortgage Team comes in. I have never, ever worked with such a professional and caring team until the end and then some. In other words, they don't leave you hanging dry. They guide you into the right direction and support you all the way through. This is my second VA home loan purchase. I was using my previous mortgage company for a new home, but once I clearly saw how they worked, I dropped my previous mortgage company immediately. In fact, I almost ignored them and thought they were no different. Was I wrong! I felt like a student learning every aspect of the loan, what other options are available, process, decisions, and everything you can think of. Now, I have no choice but to admit that I was very clear about every decision I made. I can't come up with an excuse that I didn't understand what I was doing or that they never told me this or that. And it feels good knowing that.
