Very unprofessional. I sent one of the partners (Doug Landry) all the requested information for my project. His response was that it wasn't a good fit. When I replied with an email asking the reason why, his answer was that he didn't have the bandwidth right now to figure out the numbers. I get it its a busy time right now with the holidays but to outright reject the project because you don't want to bother to set some time in a couple of weeks or even have a follow up is very lazy and poor customer service.

Update: Doug called me this morning demanding I take my review down. His response to my review is also a lie. I've attached photos as evidence of our email conversation. Please learn to treat people better with professionalism and courtesy. Learn to own up to your mistakes instead of lying about it. Moving on.

This company & Leo J. Govoni stole my daughters trust fund to fund this company. Why is Leo Govoni not arrested? My daughter suffered a Traumatic Brain injury & her trust was established to help with her medical needs. Now that this money is stollen & The Center has filed Bankruptcy my daughter may not ever see a dime of this money. DO NOT SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT STEALS FROM DISABLED CHILDREN.

Had a great experience working with Fergal, Alex, and Doug. I put a property UAG with a 40 day close and a waived finance contingency. They were able to present me with multiple term sheets and I went with a 12 month interest only construction loan which converted to a 30am traditional. Even with a waived finance contingency I was never concerned throughout the process. We closed on time with a hefty construction budget. Looking forward to doing my next ground up with them.
