I opened my first account with partner over a decade ago. Then a private sale car loan, which allowed me to have the keys without any down payment and an excellent interest rate. Another loan later using a car we owned as collateral. Today I have accounts for my children with them that partner actually contributed too. Partner played a huge role in helping me build my credit.

Having banked with several different institutions in my life, by far Partner has been the best I've ever dealt with.

You know what I love about Partners, they make it personal. When I came to them, I was a nine time convicted Felon and a recovering drug addict. They didn't see that they saw what I could be and what I was becoming. I opened a checking and savings count with them. Now, a few years later I have everything I need financially. I do not outsource. And I don't need to. I have two lines of credit. If I need a personal loan, I can get it. If I need a car loan, I can get it. If I need help with retirement or even a home I can get it. You show them who you are and they will show you The possibilities!!!!!
P.S. They are all very helpful but if you happen to stop into the Littleton branch ask for Selena. She's the best.

Do not bank here! I closed both my business accounts and my personal account after being stranded at a gas station with a decline card. I then had my card declined at a restaurant! How embarrassing! I thought I was gonna have to do dishes. both times it was the bank’s fault. I took my two business accounts and my personal account to KeyBank. I’m being treated like a king there. My experience with this credit union left me feeling violated.

Monica Gallardo and her team are Absolutely amazing ?. They helped me get into a brand new jeep with no hassle after I crashed my subaru that I loved so much, the subaru that I got with thier help. They just helped me to get a credit card from them too. Monica has always been there to help/coach me through every financial need. That woman in amazing and her team at her branch is amazing, they are like family to me. Thank you girls for always being there. Christopher

I've been banking here for 8 years and known Monica the manager since day one! I've only experienced upmost kindness with customer service and feeling of truly being a member of a bank... yes I've been hacked " TWICE" and without a doubt my bank in Littleton, Monica, Selena and Gracie make it assuring that you will be ok! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS BANKING PARTNER WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR NEEDS.

I was in the market for a new credit union for my business accounts and I specifically picked Partner CO CU because it seemed like the type of CU that specialized in (or at least took pride in) working with business owners. Unfortunately, I did not get what I was looking for. After almost 6 months of using my new business account, tens of thousands flowing through the account, never once being overdrawn, and dozens of cleared checks without an issues, they STILL won't release more than $250 on a deposited check. Even after escalating my request to two different upper managers they would not even raise it to $500 per day. They blamed it on "automated system settings" due to "recent fraud".

Basically, what they are telling me is that you are not important enough to us for us to take the time to understand your business needs. It's unfortunate because otherwise I enjoyed the interactions with everyone at the bank. They are just not oriented to working with business owners.
