Afterward I had some issues getting a refund from the FAIR plan that was accidentally double charged during closing, and Holly went out of her way to help me recover the funds and kept following up until I got the refund check. This is a company that truly cares about their customers. I am so grateful we have them in our corner and highly recommend working with the Barnes team!
