We had a great experience with Denver Lending. We reached out for a refinance on our mortgage at the beginning of the week. They quickly reviewed our options and we were able complete the refinance within a couple of weeks. Matt Nockles and his team were professional and simply amazing. I have experience in buying and refinancing homes. I used another friend the last refinance, and regretted it. Denver Lending gets great mortgage rates and clearly explains various options, such as points, and how they can benefit or hurt you depending on your specific situation. I obtained my original mortgage through Denver Lending back in 2015, and I recently used them to refinance to take advantage of low rates. After gathering preliminary information, they met with me on a video call to go over the loan estimate. The rates were just as good, if not better than other lenders. The key was that Matt walked me through exacts specifics and why they could benefit me. After locking in the low rate, I signed some documents electronically and the loan was processed in just a couple weeks. At closing, Denver Lending was available to answer a question I had and everything went smoothly. Overall, it was an easy, great experience.

When we were first starting to think about purchasing a house, Denver Lending walked us through every step. Their expertise and guidance helped us buy our first home in 2014. Ryan Johnson was our loan expert and he answered every question we had and made the entire loan process seamlessly easy. The staff that answers the phone is always so helpful and friendly. Ryan always got back to us quickly if we called him if he happen to be away from his office.
