This would be the second time this company tried to collect a debt illegally. The first time I had to send court documents and balance owed for them to remove off my credit but it wasn't easy. They didn't even own the debt.

Several years later they tried the same thing. They tried to state to the collection agency that they was sending my correspondent and when I asked for it the operator tried to trick me into something else. I called her for information and she in turned change the whole dynamics of the conversation into her filing a fraud case when I did even ask for her to report fraud. I asked if she can send me information concerning this account. for example, she tried to tell me to file a police report for fraud and etc. when I called asking for ownership of the account. I asked for a balance sheet with a payment history, I asked to send me something stating they tried to contact me. She refused to send me the information. she would not answer any question concerning my account unless I agreed to give them permission to send me emails. This lady tried to over talk me and deceive me into something I've never said. This business need to be monitored.

This company staff is rude, unprofessional and deceitful. she tried to tell me in order to get the things I'm requesting I have to file a police report. I reported them to the BBB.

I'm still waiting for this company to send me my contract, ownership of debt , proof they can collect in my state, and much more. I want to know if they company hired them or did they buy the debt.

The people at this debt collecting agency are SO professional. You know what I really love? Calling them back as they claim I have debt and were very vague when they left an answer. So naturally I call to see what they are talking about and immediately they ask do you intend to pay this debt today?
I ask them what the debt is for and they claim it's for some medical debt that was taken care of years ago. Then they ask again are you paying this today yes or no. So I tell them I am not paying on phantom debt and I want to request not to be co taced about this matter. Even better they hung up.
Gotta say I REALLY LOVE their attitude and their aggressive approach.

These people help slum lords that knowingly abuse their tenants. They can't provide any receipts and charge people what they want. It's sad that people are allowed to keep others in unfit and arguably dangerous living conditions then get collections placed on them when they don't want to pay to continue living squalor. Me and my family almost froze one winter because the land lord was never able to fix the heating/cooling have pictures of the ice creeping into the apartment, a long with tons of other issues we had with our unit.

I made my payment and emailed them a photograph of the receipt as agreed. They acknowledged the receipt and thanked me for upholding my end of the bargain.
Sometime after, they have been sending me emails and ringing my phone constantly claiming that I haven't paid. They provided a number to call and you can't even connect to it. I have been harassed non stop by these people so I am going to my lawyer. I wish Google provided a rating for zero stars. I'm so furious.

This company lies I have spoken to 5 different people on different occasions and they all lie first they told me I owe for carpet and etc I went to Magnolia Commons Apt and spoke to there assistant manager Kervin he said he had no idea how they got my information because he didn't send it the I call again and spoke to Michael Page and he said I owe 382.00 for rental insurance why should I pay for rental insurance when I move out. In the three years that I've lived there I always had rental insurance never was late on my rent paid my rental insurance up for a year in advance with State Farm. These people are just out to get money never received anything in the mail or anything I can't go on and on but I will stop here.

It’s soo funny because i read the reviews before calling and they actually are like that. The man on the phone was very aggressive and tried to scare me into paying my debt or he was going to sue me. It was so lively he used the aggressive tone and everything lol. That’s what they do to scare you and then told me they keep harassing me because I’m not paying but legally you still can’t harass customers.

I have requested validation of the debt via certified mail and have not received accurate proof that the debt is owed. I have also reached out to the listed original creditor requesting accurate proof that the debt is owed with no response. Formal complaints have been filed with the Maryland Office of Attorney General - Consumer Finance Division and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) for violation of my consumer rights. I am also in contact with a consumer law attorney to seek compensation for FDCPA and FCRA violations.
