Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union in Peekskill is one of the most courteous bank I know, been with them for 2-3 years and so far I am very satisfied to the services they offer for business and personal financial support and goals. My Banker name is Mrs. XIOMARA SOLORZANO give her a visit or a call she will take good care of you in what ever area you need financially for your business or personal financial health I promise you. She took care of me all the way. I love this Bank. All the staff there looks out for you and the Manager also Mr Roger.Thank you all again .

Worst bank to deal with. The customer service is horrible. I missed a payment because bank changed the system and blamed me for not paying on time. I spoke to Megan who is a loss mitigation associate in the bank was very rude and unprofessional. This bank first needs to train their employees how to behave professional on a call and need to learn that they are speaking to the clients.
