This has got to be the worst bank out there. I've been getting charged insufficient funds fee several times over 16 cents. What bank would do that. Times like these where getting laid off, using your savings to pay your bills, I went over 16 cents and got charged. Not the first time. Going to switch banks. Do not recommend any institution that profits over people's misfortunes.
I do work hard and make good money, but, I'm the only one in family of 4 working. This is not cool.

Worst branch out of all branches near by. Most tellers are rude and act like they would rather not have to deal with any customers. If you have to bank at BBT or Suntrust, now truist avoid this branch.

First there’s one employee that does an exceptional job. She gets 5 stars. However, unsure if this is a family-owned establishment, but once she was trying to help me out and the co-teller snapped at her. I’ve been a client at Bb&t for 16 years and a few weeks prior attempted auto financing thru Bb&t, didn’t work out, but fortunately found multiple better options elsewhere. The lady that helped me during the loan process recommended getting an older car (note: I didn’t choose to be in this situation). Certainly not in the financial field, but I believe in good investments and thinking maybe banks should too, so I’m now driving a car that will hopefully last me for the next 5-10 years. Everything had been replaced and prior to purchasing as it was CPO. Something tells me she would’ve had a different opinion if it was her own child going thru what I’m going thru. So back to the other lady that snapped, this is truly a branch that will not do anything financially for you if they’re not profiting, heck, even when profiting from you. I wish I could write a more positive review but this was my experience and indefinitely changing banks this year. Maybe will retain the 16-year-old Bb&t account for small business affairs.

Lastly, it takes them *several* days to make something hit your account, and right when you forget about a transaction (oh, say 5+ days later) and believe you have funds in account because you haven’t used in 5 days, they’ll post it. Very shady antics 🙁

I wish there was something lower than 1 star. I depostied $400 in my account and it retained my money and it was like pulling teeth to get it credited back to my account! I was late on rent, couldn't buy groceries and had to borrow money in order to have enough money to get to work and back because the staff there had jerked me around for so long. I had to file a claim 3 TIMES!!! And their response "this happens a lot with our ATM" Well then how about you just GET A NEW ATM. Don't bank here.

Called 10 minutes before close just to change a billing address and was put on hold before I could even say hello. At 5: 10, after waiting 20 minutes, I stay on the phone hoping someone will assist me. Thankfully at 5:11 pm I got my 2 minute situation handled. I feel as though my time was wasted... but at least it was fixed.
