The owner Karl is a guy with kind heart, He loves his job and love to help people. He is a very straight forward person maybe not good at small talk when he is working, very focus on ,he love to take challenging on difficult job, problem solving, and proud of his job. if you want to get your job done then should give him a try, I highly recommend his business , the guy Mitchell whom working there also very nice and smart. This machine shop offer good quality job with good price , that's must be the reason it's been there for 20 more years .

After purchasing 4 spanner wrenches online none of which fit properly or held up to the force required to remove the cap, I finally had Fi-De Machine create one for me. It works perfectly. With the ability to attach a 2' breaker bar the caps are finally off and the tool survived to be used in the future.
