As someone that is quite particular about my vehicles. I found them to be very accommodating, exceptional customer service. I hired them to put new leather in, they consulted with me to have new cushions put in the front seats. Took payment over the phone and kept me in the loop on timeframes. People were great. Repair did not do the expected as some do not make a chip in the windshield dissappear. They did fix an older repair also at no cost.

They scratched my truck and used parts that do not look original. The worst customer service ever! I had them replace the front glass on my 2012 Tacoma. I was after a "factory look" windshield replacement. They ended up using an aftermarket molding on the glass that sticks out from the windshield on the sides without ever showing me the difference or asking me if it was an acceptable replacement from the original. The new replacement Toyota molding was available for purchase from the dealer, but the odd looking molding was used on my truck without regard. The installer also scratched my truck. I discussed these matters with Mike (owners son) and Les (owner). Neither one of them made one smidge of effort to make it right. They just ignored me and did not answer my phone calls. I ended up taking them to Toledo Municipal Court. Their Ohio business name is SARS, Inc. (Sylvania Auto Re Styling). The picture attached shows the scratch in my truck along the top passenger side of the windshield. The 6" ruler is there to show length of the scratch. I have updated this review since posting it, because the repair settlement was received months after the dispute. Now that it is over -my honest review describing my first encounter with the business will stay parked here.

Fantastic place, unmatched customer service from start to finish. Spoke with the owner extensively. Would highly recommend this place for any autoglass, windshield replacement needs. They take their time and do it right and will have your back.
