When I called I was asked for some typical information, name, number, patient date of birth and was able to pay over the phone. Short and simple process.

Debt collection agency. I’ve been going back-and-forth with them for months now. They refused to provide me any information as to what I owe they just keep saying that I can contact the hospital but I don’t have time to be dealing with this as the bill is for my baby, and I am a sole provider for my household. They are the ones asking for my money they are the ones that need to provide me with this information, my best advice If you’re dealing with these people just get a lawyer, they are scam artists but not very good ones apparently.

They allege you owe them money from hospital bills ECT..that have already been paid. All hospitals say they NEVER SENT ANYTHING TO COLLETIONS & have proof ? how ever way these people get your info do NOT COMPLY. talk directly to the hospital or clinics DO NOT MAKE A DEAL OR BELIEVE THEIR THREATS. They are the GHETTO! Everyone who works there is ghetto as hell and they have attitudes with you like crazy over the phone just because you ask questions about claims made in your behalf. I promise they are all miserable and little do they know my money was refunded because I reported them and I don't have to pay the original bill anyways. 😉 you are all GHETTO!!! if you don't like your job find a new one or change your nasty attitude. they act like they make commission of your bill ?

My bill, that I have never seen from the hospital, was sent to Financial Corporation of America. I gave them a call and while trying to explain the reasoning behind my call, I get cut off by the agent. She was rude and not willing to listen. I ask how to pay and she states I could pay over the phone. I say I will pay online and then I get hung up on. After this awkward call, I began to wonder if this is all a scam attempt to get my money. I will definitely do my own research calling the hospital billing department to see if they forwarded my bill to a shady collections agency.
