I am the owner of Continuity Auto here in Georgetown and there isn't enough space on here to talk about all the good things of not only PFS as a lender but this particular branch. Sonia, Shawna, and Tyler have been second to none when it comes to customer service. A lot of my customers are even requesting to go back through PFS when their loan is paid off.

Inquired about why my loan of four years was not reported to the only frequented credit agency in my city (Experian) and there was a grave lack of interest to accommodate or even escalate concerns. Dry responses like: “I’ve worked here for seven years, and we don’t want to build a business relationship with Experian” is what was pushed to me. TransUnion and equifax have proven useless in attaining refinancing or new auto loans. Super enraging seeing two credit bureaus accurately accommodating my personal advances but (the most frequently used ) one having my information as non-existent. Therefore, I’m represented as having “no credit, ” thus ineligible for any advancement. I feel disadvantaged, dissatisfied and ultimately stuck between a rock and a hard place. Avoid this company if possible.

This company is horrible. If you’re looking for them to report to the credit bureaus, it won’t happen. I have being paying my car note for a WHOLE year (oct ‘16- oct ‘17) and no reporting. Their excuse is we have upgraded our system and still working out the kinks and can’t manually put the information in. I’m keeping my end of the agreement but they are not. PLEASE look into other companies. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!!!!!!!!!!!
