I’ve been working with Aaditi for the past 6 months, and I can honestly say she is one of the most exceptional physical therapists I’ve had the pleasure of working with. From day one, Aaditi brought a perfect balance of kindness, professionalism, and deep expertise to every session. She took the time to truly understand my condition, tailored a program that fit my specific needs, and encouraged me every step of the way.

What really stood out was how genuinely invested she was in my progress. Her approach is thorough yet compassionate, and she made even the hardest days feel manageable with her calm and reassuring presence. Thanks to her guidance, I’m finally discharged and feeling stronger, more confident, and incredibly grateful.

Aaditi is a rare gem in healthcare—dedicated, knowledgeable, and sincerely caring. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your PT, you’re in the best hands.

Not only do I feel better physically, but I also felt supported every step of the way. He always listened, encouraged me, and found the right approach. Thanks to this care, I’ve returned to my normal daily life. Huge thanks!

I had been working with Josh Holcomb, PT, DPT at ATI Physical Therapy (University branch in Seattle), and I can’t say enough good things about him. From the start, Josh has been incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in my recovery. He really knows his stuff and explains everything in a way that makes sense, which helped me feel more confident and motivated throughout the process.
What I really appreciate about Josh is how approachable and easy to talk to he is. He creates a positive, encouraging environment and communicates with a kind of clarity and empathy that makes a big difference—especially on the tough days. He listens, checks in often, and really adapts based on how you’re doing, both physically and emotionally. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and wants to see them get better.
Thanks to Josh’s guidance and support, I’ve made real progress, and I feel hopeful about continuing to improve. If you’re looking for a physical therapist who’s skilled, compassionate, and great to work with, I highly recommend Josh Holcomb.

Had a particularly nasty fall that messed up my shoulder on landing. My Dr wrote me a referral for the closest PT location to my work, and I'm so so glad it was this one.

I, personally, have not worked out, stretched, played any sport or done any "athletic" activity in a solid decade. I know my body is weak and not used to moving correctly. I know I have bad posture, eat poorly, and don't move my body in healthy ways in my day to day life. I was very nervous to be back in any sort of gym environment when I knew I had let myself get so unhealthy.

It didn't matter. To anyone reading this review, it truly, wonderfully, did not matter what kind of condition my body was in. Josh did my evaluation, and was kind and respectful the entire time. We set reasonable goals and he explained how the who system works. I'm about 3 sessions into 12 that I will need to do, and it's helped immensely.

Don't get me wrong! It's not Easy, and it's not without it painful bits. Not only am I dealing with my injury, but fixing it means reviving muscles I haven't used in years, and changing movements that feel natural to one's that engage the right muscle groups to allow my body to keep healing.

The exercises are hard, but they shouldn't be painful most of the time. I wake up sore, but my injury hurts less, because developing the other muscles is giving it space to heal. Consistency helps immensely but, and do not miss this, it's not easy and requires work and effort on your part if you want to get better.

All the staff have been lovely. Even the other patients are kind and encouraging sometimes. For twice a week, for an hour each time, I get to see my body moving and changing in ways I didn't think I'd be able to get back to.

But damn Josh I'm so damn sore. Thanks, and also, I hate you. (Kidding)

I have had a very positive experience with ATI. Everyone I have worked with has been kind and attentive. I am recovering from my second discectomy and was looking for a new physical therapist. So far I am very satisfied with the work they are doing to help me get back to normal life.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at ATI Physical Therapy. I was unexpectedly discharged during a difficult time when I was dealing with a family emergency. Instead of showing any compassion or flexibility, they refused to work with me or make reasonable accommodations. I had every intention of continuing treatment, but their lack of empathy and rigid approach made that impossible. I expected a healthcare provider to be more understanding, especially when life throws real challenges your way. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for patient-centered care
