I met Lexi where I work; I'm in the service industy. When I found out she was a loan officer I started asking her questions because I had been saving for a few years while also trying to lower my debt. I wanted to know how close I was to be able to actual BUY something instead of renting. I really had no idea and %100 thought I wasn't near ready to buy, it was all an unknown. After a little time, following her financial advice, I was finally approved for an amount that would get me a condo or a lower priced townhome! I found a realtor and we started looking. Lexi kept me updated on the interest rates and market projections and everything I needed to know. I was looking for months, and everything was just out of reach (or a LOT out of reach). Let's face it the market is nuts right now, and I don't make a lot of money in the service industry.
So, I start hearing about a different housing program, and Lexi was one of the people who told me about it. Habitat for Humanity was opening a program in Littleton where I live, and she stressed that I should look into it! I narrowly fit the parameters, and it took time to get approved. Lexi helped me with gathering the information they needed, and they needed a lot. She had most of what they wanted already from just the normal process of getting a conventional loan, and even though this wasn't benefitting her any longer she helped me finish the financial part of the Habitat requirements. Can't thank her enough for that. I'm in my new house for a month now, and she played a big part in that. She's awesome, knowledgeable, and just a solid human. 10/5 stars ~
