I have been a patient at this office for 50 years, Dr. Napoleon is my 3rd dentist. The staff has always been superbly skilled and compassionate. Shout out to Sharon, who has had custody of my mouth for years, and my teeth say thank you!
P.S. You have the most comfy office chairs anywhere!

So I hadn't been to the dentist in years (shame on me I know.) I had been putting it off because I was dreading the work of searching for an office that wasn't owned by a big corp. So, I'm embarrassed to admit that I found Hi-Fi pretty easily. I called them yesterday, explaining a rogue wisdom tooth was growing toward my cheek and causing pain. They had an appointment open as early as the next day. Kathi and Shelly were both very informative and kind over the phone, Dr. Napoleon was easy to talk to, which quelled much of my anxiety, and was efficient in the extraction. I wish I could remember the name of his assistant and it doesn't appear she's on their website but she was excellent too! I felt very taken care of and am looking forward to returning as a regular patient.

This is the highest number of stars that I give, because there is always room for improvement. Dr G is awesome! His staff is great, too. I've put of going to dentists due years, hence my teeth getting to be major problems. But, his demeanor, his voice, his non-chalant way of describing is process is very comforting. His work is, too!
Def going back to him for my other work. Give him a shot!

I walked into the office and immediately felt comfortable. I was encountered with a smile from both of the ladies at the front desk. I assumed the responsibility of filling out the paperwork. It didn’t take long to go to the back and get an X-ray done. I was immediately seen by the dentist. He explained a couple options that was available to me. I choose the best to would accommodate me. As he was done I sat down with one of the ladies that greeted me earlier. We went over the pricing of the implant. I choose one. I’m excited!!

Literally the best experience someone with excruciating tooth pain could have! Dr. Gaither got me in quickly for an emergency appointment. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Gaither went over all of my options and answered my questions. I felt cared for, and am optimistic about my treatment and future care. I’ve already raved my co workers and family. Good dentists are hard to find, great dentist are a needle in a haystack. I’m so grateful I found them!

My hygienist, the Dr and staff have only your best interest at heart. They take their time with you, are very thorough and explain what you feel needs explaining. I've been thru many staff changes, retirements with them but the one thing that hasn't changed is the light quality of care they have provided to me.

Dr Napoleon purchased the dental practice I’ve been using for the last 30 years, now Hi-Fi Dental. I have remained a patient because of their genuine and expert care. My hygienist Sharon is awesome! Every team member is great and Dr Napoleon has an excellent chair side manner, as well as the latest education in dentistry. 12th Street and Missouri in Phoenix. Not a fancy building but a caring team.
