I attended an event here, and I was thoroughly impressed by the beautifully decorated space. The modern and fresh vibe of the lobby set a welcoming tone right from the start. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the event.||The only downside was the food—it could have been better. I understand the challenges of maintaining quality with large volumes, but there’s definitely room for improvement in that area. Overall, though, it was a lovely experience, and I’d consider returning for future events.

Great location to near by Offices, restaurants, and shopping area. Great accommodation and eateries within the location. Experienced the Warehouse 72 during Valentines Day as well as the Hyatt Club Room. Wonderful staff are friendly and respectful. Would consider staying again away from the kids even though kids and I do believe pet friendly. Not sure.

And all around solid experience and good refuge. I was escaping the Palisades fire and smoke, so it provided a safe, clean and supportive environment for me and my pets. it was nice that the rooms were recently redone and everything was very modern and clean. I loved the motion activated lights under the bed so that when you get up at night, it’s like an automatic night light. The Wi-Fi was solid and I really liked that we could sync our device to the TV to watch our own streaming apps.

Started off the new year with a staycation at one of our favorite Hyatts! And as always, the staff were beyond exceptional! Room was pristine and comfortable. Food at the lounge was great. We had the pool (very warm) to ourselves and the kids had a blast. Already planning our next stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Irvine and it truly exceeded expectations. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the lounge, which was expertly managed by two standout gentlemen, Enrique and Seth. From the moment we arrived, Enrique went out of his way to make us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed.

Seth’s attention to detail was equally impressive. On New Year's Eve, he recognized me from earlier in the stay and went above and beyond by offering champagne to help us celebrate. That thoughtful gesture really made the evening special.

The service provided by these two made our family’s California trip unforgettable. If management happens to see this review, I truly believe Enrique and Seth deserve some serious recognition—maybe even a Porsche each for their outstanding hospitality!

Highly recommend Hyatt Irvine for anyone looking for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent Customer Service!
Impressive staff willing to go the extra mile to assist their guests. I was greeted from the moment I was dropped off with a smile, then again at the front desk and every moment afterwards:) I forgot hairspray and staff went on a mission and brought it to my room. I had a meeting at the hotel and I accidentally left my computer chord in our meeting room but didn't realize it until later. The banquet services found it cleaning the meeting room and turned it into management. It was hand delivered it to me by a security manager. Housekeeping was lovely as well. Great service. Going the extra mile for guests. Will definitely stay again - well done:).

The location Close to airport. Very clean and the food in the restaurants was very delicious. There is a pool, but it was chilly outside when i was there, so we didn't use it. It looked like a very nice area, and even had a movie screen. There is a really well equipped gym too. The room looked newly remodeled and brand new.
