I would not recommend this CPA. I was very clear with what my needs and goals were and did not feel they were met. Personally, I do not feel as though he, Sam Bloomberg, enjoys his job which reflects in his work ethic. I am a very easy going person, however after missed deadlines, constant back and forth over simple things (such as him sending me an invoice for work rendered), poor communication, excuses, constant “sick days” just to name a few I decided to end this relationship. He would have excuse after excuse including suggesting he did not receive notifications on slack, did not understand why he was receiving emails with deadlines, and a seemingly canny ability to make the most simplest of task seem complicated.

Professionalism, personal accountability, integrity, as well as advisement is what I look for in a professional. This professional was unable to deliver, unwilling, and incapable.
