Ordered a specific part online because this was one of the only stores that had it. Order was placed, charged to my credit card and confirmed with a confirmation number. I live about 1hr away, and about 35min after placing order they “cancel” the order. I get there and they tell me it’s been canceled. Employees didn’t care much to care for the customers, nothing was done to make the situation better. Instead I was received with attitude and nothing was done . Never going to advance ever again. Will do o’reilys, AutoZone or Napa. Speed perks definitely not worth it.

The only people in the store. We took five min to grab our stuff but stand in front of the man who very calmly has a 20+ minute conversation with someone on the phone who keeps throwing parts numbers at him. Instead of even acknowledging us at all or anything whatsoever… he continues helping this person. With no regard for putting them on hold, maybe starting up another computer within a reasonable time frame. SOMETHING. My partner and myself just stand in front of him. Finally the partner makes an aloud comment and I use the opportunity to directly ask the male standing in front of us to please put the other customer on hold and help us check out. He looks at us, then continues talking to the person. Within a couple minutes the man doesn’t tell the other customer anything except “hold on” then proceeds to continue talking to them on the phone while checking us out. At one point he asks the man a question but my partner thinks he’s actually getting an opportunity to be helped so he answers the question of the number of the product he had on top. But no, the man ignores him and continues talking to the customer on the phone… not even help clarify. Honestly the worst cashier experience of my life and even worse ability to multitask or provide any welcoming help.

This must be the most unfriendly auto parts store in the nation. They barely notice you (if you're lucky, they eventually look up from their phones) and if you ask a question, they purposely enter wrong information in their computer system so that they don't have to help you further and get you out of the store faster. There are way better Advance Auto Parts stores close by.

I've gone to this Advance for many years. Recently, I had them test my starter and they said it was fully functional. 3 weeks after troubleshooting, I had it towed to my mechanic who told me my starter was bad. This cost me time and money in tow fees because they don't train their employees properly. I will never go to an Advance again, nor will I recommend them. In fact, I will do the opposite and advise people to go anywhere else.

I work for aaa and I'm helping my member go and get some lug nuts that will fit her spare. Dude behind desk was no help, he said he would have to go through every box to find lug nuts that would fit. But isn't that a part of his job. I will never use this store in the future.

Stopped for a quart of synthetic oil and the sales where so good I purchased two oil change’s worth of oil and filters. The staff where friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
