I do not reccommend this bank. The issues I have is them treating me like a suspect than a person who has been banking with them for 5+ years. For 5+ years I have been depositing and getting checks deposited in my account from working a 9-5 job, and the one time, I messed up on the endoresment on the back of the check, they treated me like I'm frauding. This was my last straw.

Melody Ware has gone far above what is expected of being merely “professional.” Not only has she been most helpful in sorting out my own investments to my best returns, but she has guided me through the complex details of my recently deceased sister’s banking quagmire. And-in all of this-she has been patient and kind to me. ( The staff at the Clio branch have also been most helpful.). Melody is a true asset!
