I would like to say thank you again Dale and Anthony for helping us out of a bad day. we were traveling home from a camping trip out west and developed an alt.problem coming from Utah we called many shops in and around Denver but everyone was booked for at least a week
My wife started calling shops on the the way and All Pro asked what the problem was and where we were. We were an hour away. They said they could get us in as soon as we got there. When they diagnosed my truck determined although. had failed. They had one delivered from Napa and had us on our way. I have been in the auto service industry for 40 years and that is the way to run a shop. Thankyou again

TERRIBLE!!! They gave me a quote in February to work on my daughter's vehicle. I called again in May and they said yeah bring in your paperwork from your warranty CO. and we will get started. I get a phone call a couple hours after I dropped off the warranty paperwork from a very rude and inconsiderate woman that worked in the office. She lacked empathy and social skills. She said we won't be able to work on your vehicle because I don't have time to sit on the phone with your warranty Co. and besides they never answer. I tried to reason with her because the previous mechanic had no problem contacting the warranty Co. I also said the paperwork can be uploaded on their website. She became very rude because she knew she had been telling me B.S. and was just trying to get out of helping me get the vehicle fixed. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. After I hung up I called the Warranty Co. 3 seperate times in an hour and each time I spoke to a live person. Wow! I had no problem! Thanks All Pro for wasting my time and sanity. Next time the office lady has a bad day she needs to keep her wrath to herself.

Doesn’t give you an option to put no stars.This place is the worst mechanic I’ve been to. They diagnosed my car with one problem I take it into get the one problem fixed for 1200$ and come to pick it up and all of a sudden there is another issue that was not their when I took it in to begin with, I say whatever fix it, then go to pick it up after 300$ more dollars for a belt, didn’t even pull off lot and it was making a different nose, a whole other problem! trying to tell me it’s going to cost an additional 780$! The mechanics obviously don’t know what they are doing or they brake your car to make you keep paying more money to them. I would highly NOT recommend! Let me remind you I drive a new MercedesBenz. A decent car. That has only been driven for one year. No reason to have issue, after issue, after issue. This place is a joke!

Very helpful. Got me into the shop pretty quickly. I have been having issues with my AC and electrical system. And of course when i take it in none of what I said happens happened. They worked on it and tested it but couldn't find the problem. They told me to bring it back when it actually happens so they could test it then. The boss said no charge and I argued because they spent their time trying to figure it out and I felt they deserved a payment. They insisted no charge. I was so grateful because times are tough for a lot of people right now including myself. Great people and a great service. Thank you for being so kind.

We were traveling home to Wisconsin when I thought a wheel bearing on my Prius was sounding noisy. I stopped in only hoping for them to check it out as I knew they were booked out a ways from a previous phone call. It was bad, and great people that they are, they went out of their way to squeeze me in for both front bearings that were bad and had me on the road again that afternoon. Outstanding place and people! Thanks again! If I lived here it would be my go to place!

Small town customer service, reasonable pricing, and quick turnaround time. All reasons you can trust all pro. They have told me to get rid of a car before because it wasn't worth the repairs. Integrity is fantastic to have with your trusted mechanic. 👏

Traveling from Wisconsin to Las Vegas for my 30th anniversary. Turbo went out on my Saab Monday morning, gave me a ride to the hotel and picked me up that night with the repair done, (parts are hard to get for this car). Made it in time for my anniversary. I can't thank them enough for staying late and fixing my car. Fair price, awesome customer service and professionalism.
