I see that they got rid of their old reviews, so that they could start fresh. Well there is no fresh start for what this credit union did to me or other customers. I’ll just summarize this time around, but it won’t be forgotten and deleted. The worst thing is that when I tried to fund an Eskrow account for the down payment on my first home ever, they stopped the transfer of funding. No problem, I figure a bank SHOULD make sure your $50,000 was going where you want it to when you initiate a transfer like that. But a phone call, verification of identity, eskrow documents, appointment to visit in person, getting my loan officer on the line, nothing could convince this bank branch to release MY MONEY, to fund the purchase of my FIRST HOME. The time period allowed ran out after FOUR WEEKS of failure. I had to strike a new deal with the owner builder. When I needed to spend my money, this bank wouldn’t let me. They treated me like a criminal for wanting to spend my own money! There’s two more terrible stories, one of them involving another $32,000 loan for the purchase of a car. It was such a snafu that I need to someday come back and write a whole new story about it.

Cameron was great to work with, he was friendly and made it easy for us to open new accounts. Savings had a $25 deposit minimum, checking $50, and I avoided any account maintenance fees by signing up for electronic statements - this was better than the big banks' terms and I get to invest locally. Bring a drivers license and social security card to open accounts. Looking forward to doing more business here 🙂

Needs to update their hours online. They are CLOSED on Saturday now. Showed up with 7 other upset customers who could only do their banking on Saturday to find out it's closed now. Atm would not take my deposits or the two persons behind me. Prefer to do my deposits with a person, so looks like I will have to leave work early on Fridays, just so I can get the deposits in. The staff inside tho is always incredible and super friendly. I love banking here honestly.

I’ve been a member here for about 13 years. Excellent member service. I’ve never had an issue here. I’ve had multiple loans, credit card, checking account, online banking, and it’s always been great for me. Highly recommend.

The ultimate bottom! Do not bank here, I guess they don't know what a actually Credit Union does for their customers, Alta One is only out for them...... all about making money for their selves!
