You know as I went through the reviews as I got ready to write mine, I noticed a trend and this review is going to stick with that same trend. Karla J has amazing customer service skills and I must say that I have to agree. Karla was very helpful from the moment that I walked through the door. She took the time to explain everything to me and help me decide what options were best for my situation when opening an account with Altura. I have been looking to open an account with a local bank since I am new to California and my other bank does not have branches here. This was my first experience with Altura and if the rest of the employees are half as good as Karla and the rest of the team that was working in the Wildomar branch on Saturday 3/22/25 then I highly doubt that I will ever leave this bank. They were so welcoming and helpful, I am so thankful that I ended up here!

I noticed a couple of payments on my checking account that I didn't do. I went to Altura Credit Union and spoke to Karla Jalteco. Karla assisted me with filling a fraud alert with Altura Credit Union. Karla also issued me new bank cards and assisted me with setting up alerts on my phone so I could be notified of purchases that I did or didn't authorize or do. Karla provided outstanding customer service which is a lost art these days. I truly appreciate the time Karla spent assisting me with filing a complaint of fraudulent activity on my checking account and If you are a customer of Altura Credit Union and need assistance with your banking needs and you're lucky enough to work with Karla Jalteco you will not be disappointed 😌 I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service I received from Karla Jalteco.

My experience with Altura is never anything but above and beyond. Starting from the manager Bryan to all the girls there. Karla, Suzanne & Clarissa.. today Karla was AWESOME, took care of several things I needed done with the best demeanor possible. Pleasant and professional.. and very knowledgeable. She was so patient in explaining everything that needed to be done. I love Altura
