Mario and Michael were absolutely phenomenal. We are traveling through from Virginia and I needed an oil change and a fix on my tire. They got me in the same day that I walked in the door took fantastic care of me did not overcharge me. In fact, they gave me a coupon. They were quick and efficient. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone

My old car needed more repairs than my budget could handle, the staff set me up with financing(no credit check or hit) and I was able to EASLY qualify and set it up. Had my well functioning car back in no time! As soon as I pay these repairs, I will finish what else is needed. They made sure I was able to get my car repaired with no money out of pocket at the time. Pretty awesome 😍 👌!

On Christmas Eve, I was passing through town when my truck's check engine light came on. It was running really rough too. I called, hoping beyond hope that they could help me so I could continue on my trip. They fixed my truck, it took 3 hours and they were very thorough. A Christmas miracle happened and I was back on the road again! Everyone was kind, professional and super caring. Thanks guys! You did it, I made it all the way to Oregon. You're the best 👌 👍 💖

We were on our 46th anniversary trip ended up doing a bunch of dirt and hit big potholes and blew out the front struts!! Pulled into American auto at 7:30 am and explained my situation.they checked for parts availability and said leave it and we will have you on the road by noon!! And at noon they picked me up,the jeep was done including front end alliment and slow tire leak,thank you, so awesome and appreciated,no appointment just some awesome service

Overall, I really appreciate the folks who work here, the quality of their work and their customer service. Work is a bit pricey, but I appreciate that it gets uploaded to Carfax (all my scheduled maintenance) and they give me their. Honest opinion about what is an immediate need, what can wait, and how to combine work to save time and $$$$. Big fan! Thanks Michael and Mario!!!

These guys have been great thus far. I originally came in for an alignment and found out they're Subaru enthusiasts, which works out great for an owner like myself. I didn't have the delicate touch to do my front axle seals, and found out as much after when it was losing a cup of fluid every three days, so I took it to these guys. They were fast, very close to the quoted price, and 2 days later, not a drip of fluid in my drive. I'm impressed. They're hungry for business and deserve it. I do most of my own work, but for tricky stuff like this, or if I'm feeling lazy, I'm absolutely returning to these guys for any work I need done.
