Jennifer, one the recruiters at this office is a nice person but has terrible communication skills. Started off great with this recruiter but then she never provided an update on the job I was going for.i worked hard to get this person information they asked for and I deserved a call back or email with a real and honest update. It’s a huge lack of professionalism . At least tell the candidate the job is no longer available and offer them other opportunities if available. This recruiter needs to work on their follow up and broaden their communication accumen . Ghosting people leads to bad reviews and loss of opportunities.

It's no wonder Apple One has been around as long as they have. Great staff. Number one person there is Raquel. I am now working a full time permanent job that I love because of Raquel. She found me jobs that best fit ME and not them. She was always in touch. I highly recommend this office. I got more jobs from this agency than anywhere else.

Niko and Raquel is an awesome and hardworking team. They support you and stay on your side throughout an entire process. It felt good to know that I can rely on them even at times when I wasn't sure about certain things and needed a custom advice to feel safe and confident before making a decision. AppleOne is a scam! They only care about your reference contacts because they have far too many applicants and very few positions to fill.... My sister and I both went to two different AppleOne locations and we share the same poor experiences. When we arrived at the AppleOne office locations we were directed to sign our lives away before we could even speak to anyone. Once we finally met with the recruiters, over an hour later, they sold us on these wonderful positions with well known, reputable corporations. But after we left, we never heard from them and we had to constantly reach out to them. They proceeded with contacting our current employers, government and fortune 500 companies, and they tried to sell them on their recruiting services because they would need to fill our positions!!! First of all, we never told them that we were leaving our current jobs, and second how embarrassing that they are going to try to perform their sales pitch on our current employers

I highly recommend applying other well known places like Indeed and Careerbuilder. Don't let these people scam you too!!

We both found a position where the recruiter Roland Mills posted a job from the Thousand Oaks office and Raquel reached out and coordinated an interview which landed me the job.
