had car in for repair, very fast service got estimate on repair and agreed arrived to pick up car bill was almost double of estimate, 2 weeks later had same problem with car and was told they would not stand behind there work. yes I called you and ask if you would look at it as I had the same problem again, you said yes but I would have to pay for the work to be done again, I thought you could at least look at it and make sure it wasn't something that you guys did but you didn't want to do that without me having to pay again for the same work

Arce has great prices, they get the job done, and are finished when they say they’re going to be. I’m the type of person who would rather continually fix my car rather than get a new one, and know nothing about working on cars myself. Over the years they’ve done everything from a full engine swap to my regular oil changes. What I appreciate most is their patience with me. I’m in often, have questions, probably have them work on things a normal person could do themselves... they always hear me out and address my concerns. Ashley in the office is especially great. Knowledgeable, organized, calm. She often diagnoses the problem before I bring it in. Thankful these guys have kept my car running well. At 450k miles and going strong...

We had to stop in unannounced while on a road trip and all of the staff were very helpful in getting a scanner on the car right away and trying to help as much as they could in a pinch, very friendly and great service!

The worst mechanic ever 🤦‍♂️ poor customer service you can’t even talk to the mechanic when your there you have to talk to the desk lady, they take months change the motor the car was there almost 6 months and they had problems and some pipes weren’t connect correctly to the exhaust we took our truck to the 1 stop great customer service love the people there they put a new engine on the truck in 3 days love them they even washed the truck for me great people love them not like arc auto what ever you call them weird name but yeah don’t go to them it’s not worth it!
