We've been loyal customers at this credit union since 2015, have had MANY loans financed there and paid off, we put in a ton of money in multiple accounts every month. We currently have all of our loans with them in addition to multiple accounts. As a long time, loyal customer, one expects their history and business relationship to be recognized at a CU. It should be a different experience than just any bank. Thats the purpose of being a CU member. I received a call from a loan officer regarding a small loan I applied for, she was incredibly rude and treated me in such a degrading manner with such a rude tone. My husband and I are professionals and value customer service. This lady had zero customer service talking to me like I'm a complete idiot and made me feel very degraded. My entire family will be moving ALL of our accounts from this CU as soon a possible. A CU is expected to value their customers and know the people they work with. They are expected to look at the history of business their customers have engaged in as CU members and not simply take a generic score and run with it like we are just a number. I'm not a number. I'm a hard working citizen, professional and customer....is my credit score perfect? No? Is my customer history at this CU perfect? Almost! Too bad this place doesn't look at the relationship their customers have had with them.

If I could give this bank ZERO stars, I would - absolutely the worst customer service from the management as well as the tellers! You have to give 'notice' to take 1k out of your bank account, your checks are placed on hold even though you have funds in your account, and they send non functioning debit cards once the old ones expire and say, 'just use it as credit' instead of fixing the issue. I wish I had never had dealings with this unorganized institution! And, if you try and speak with a live person on the weekends, FORGET IT - but, they are open for business!

I started with AFCC after a friend referred me because of the competitive rates and great service. And both were correct! This is company that really cares about their members. I get the personalized attention when needed and feel like they are looking out for me.

I've been a member since May 1987. I've paid off two house mortgages and three car loans with these people all of them paid off early. Under the old president the credit union was run for the benefit of the members. Meaning that when interest rates went down it was reflected in the interest rate you paid on loans very quickly instead of waiting 3 months to do it. All that changed with the new CEO they hired. Members are no longer really valued they're just a cog in the bank system which is the way the credit Union is being run right now. I do not recommend this credit Union anymore which is too bad because under the old president they were really good and I recommended them to a lot of people. Find some other credit union because there's better ones by far

BE WARE!!!!!!!!!! THEY ERRONEOUSLY PAID OUT SOMEONE ELSE’S LIFE BENEFIT IN MY ACCOUNT. THEN WAS MAKING INVESTMENT PAYMENTS ON WHO KNOWS WHO FROM MY ACCOUNT!!! WHEN I CALLED YOU REPORT THIS MONEY LAUNDERING THEY REMOVED ALL THE FUNDS INCLUDING MY OWN AND LEFT ME ON NEGATIVE THOUSANDS! I WILL BE CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR SURE!!!!!! THIS BANK IS INVOLVING ME IN TOO MUCH FRAUD! I’LL BE REPORTING THIS FOR SURE! I’ve added in the pictures a FEW of the ERRORS THEY MADE. And nonchalantly they tell me it’s all been fixed and I’m on the negative!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

UPDATE!!!! AFTER THE FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS WITH THIS CREDIT UNION I'VE BEEN STOOD UP BY THE VP ANDREA SARGIC. WHEN ASKED TO PROVIDE MY STATEMENTS THEY PRETTY MUCH PRINTED THE STATEMENTS, THREW THEM UP IN THE AIR SCANNED AND SENT ME A DISORGANIZED --ILLEGIBLE DOCUMENTS!! WHAT ARE THEY CONCEALING?! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT. ONT TOP OF TAKING YOUR MONEY FOR ILLEGAL MONEY EXCHANGE.
