I can't say enough good things about Rhett, Janie, and rest of the Shutze Brothers team! They truly went above and beyond for us, and worked thru some really (really!) complicated things with incredible patience and professionalism. We are so thankful to have worked with Schutze brothers as our lenders, which came as a recommendation from our realtor. The whole team is professional, personable and prompt in responses. We really appreciated them taking time to explain and walk us through the homebuying process, and also the check-ins after closing – they really care about their clients. Even the title company at closing gave remarks about how great the lender was to work with, very responsive.
