I’ve had a truly positive experience with Auto Acceptance over the years! Working with Shelly and Paul has been a delight; they have gone above and beyond to assist me in repaying a debt I incurred due to my own challenges. While I understand that some negative reviews might raise concerns, it’s important to acknowledge that staying on top of your payments and recognizing their role as a business can lead to a very supportive and accommodating relationship. I recommend Auto Acceptance for their versatility and dedication. I’m incredibly grateful for their willingness to work with me toward achieving good standing. Remember, timely payments and open communication are key. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you encounter any issues! Every time I ever called over the years I was able to talk to someone.

So I bought my car in December and made my payment in January on time. My payment was due yesterday February 20th. I personally drove and dropped my payment off. Their doors were locked so I put it in the payment drop box. Mind you they were open as it was 3pm. I just received a phone call at 8 am stating I have not paid. Even though they have not checked their payment box. Not my fault. Not a good start, as I was not late paying and the online system does not work. Not happy at all. Can not wait to refinance.

-100000000/100 do not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could. This place is a scam. They don't do payment grace periods, I have never ever in my history of financing cars had a company not give a 5-10 grace period to pay your loan payment. Pay one day late and they are blowing up your phone. Do they not realize we are on the brink of a recession and most of us are living paycheck to paycheck? We don't always get paid the day our payment is due. They won't let you skip a payment or at least add it to the end of your loan until you have had the loan for a year and even then they make you jump through hoops just to be approved. I need knee surgery due to my previous car being totaled (which is the only reason I needed a car in the first place and why I am even giving them a ridiculous amount of money every month anyways), and shouldn't have to worry about financials since I'll be out of work for almost 2 months, but even they won't allow me to skip the payment and are requiring short term disability to be applied for but forget that you only get 60% of your paycheck on disability which wouldn't be enough to cover all the other bills plus an almost $500 car payment. Needless to say, if you can get approved elsewhere, do it. This place is a joke and doesn't deserve your hard earned money.

Honestly, we haven’t really had much issue with Auto Acceptance. They worked with us when we had to pay late. I have dealt with a few less than enthusiastic people but who is cheery all the time? I’m not. It is what it is. I really don’t personally feel like they’re bad as everyone is saying. We are two years in on our loan so things could change either way.

UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 2024- They have still been just fine, lol. No issues, communication is easy and fast. Really no sweat! Don't listen to all of the negative reviews. Pay your bills and even if you can't, just be upfront and they will work with you.

Absolutely a horrible company! I’ve been waiting for a payment of over $2k to be refunded back to me for over a month! I’ve been diligent in calling asking when the payment would be refunded. Each time they would give me a date, it would get pushed back a week for some odd excuse. This is not an honest company. They are not trustworthy and unprofessional. This all started because a different form of payment was needed because of a bank issue. Unknowingly, the payment was double payed. Instead of the company reaching out to say that they have received payments totaling of over $4K, they neglected to reach out! They were going to keep the money and not say anything. It was not until they were called they told me the mistake. January 5th, 2024 I should have received a refund. It is now January 26th 2024 and I am met with another excuse as to why I don’t have my money. If you suspect that they are doing something fraudulent with your money, go with your gut and let your bank handle it. If I would have just filed this fraudulent charge I probably would have my money back by now. I will also be reporting to the BBB and anyone else that will listen. This company is not honest and they do not have your best interest in mind at all! If you are not forced to do business with this company DO NOT, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

This is hilarious!! If y'all MADE YOUR CAR PAYMENTS ON TIME you wouldn't have any issues. Nor would you ever even talk to these people. You have an outrageous interest rate because YOU DON'T PAY YOUR BILLS. Nobody else will finance you. There's a reason you had to go to a sub prime auto lender.

These stars are purely for Paul. I have been with this company for a while and the first couple of women that were in charge of my account seem to hate life or their jobs. Paul has been a breathe of fresh air. He is so easy to work with and doesn't have an attitude when you need to make changes or requests.

I have a loan with this company originating in January of 2018. I have had zero issues with this company and their interest rate is reasonable considering the length of the loan I requested. From reading some of the reviews I suspect several people had poor credit and then expected to have an interest rate of those with good credit. It doesn't work that way. They have answered all my questions and have never been rude to me. I have not seen any issues with my payments being reported to the Equifax.

*Update* I just finished paying off my loan and there were zero issues. Couldn't be happier. This company was easy to work with, answered all of my questions, were never rude, set up autopay with no issues. I would do business with them again if needed.
