This is the second occasion I've had to work with Joe to purchase a new vehicle. The first one went SO smoothly and was SO easy compared to my previous excruciating experiences with the traditional dealerships that I was convinced it was a fluke. Well, it wasn't. If anything, this transaction was even more effortless than the first.
I contacted Joe several weeks ago and gave him a very vague idea of what I was looking for and an even more vague idea of what I was hoping to pay. In a very short period of time, he sent me some great examples of vehicles that met my criteria and the respective pricing that was spot on!
I find Joe to have an uncanny ability to dial into what I'm looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable about ALL brands and doesn't hesitate to make recommendations about things I haven't considered. He is VERY low pressure, but when I'm ready to buy, he quickly assesses available inventory to locate the perfect car. I will NEVER use anyone else to buy a car!
