I’ve been looking around for a new mechanic recently as my mechanic I’ve had for YEARS is going to be retiring so I have been “shopping” around giving places in the area chances to see what they can do and if they’re a place to keep spending my very hard earned cash. Let me tell you. This is NOT the place to take your vehicle. I brought my vehicle in for a clutch replacement that had been replaced by THE SAME “auto masters” less than 5 years ago, I figured it was a clutch that the original owner brought in so they put it in and only charged labor and maybe she got some janky or faulty clutch online. Come to find out it was the clutch AUTOMASTERS RECOMMENDED!!! They told me it would be done in two days, it was EIGHT days later (and many many phone calls from me) they finally tell me it’s ready only for me to pay my bill and get into my car with a part just sitting in my center console(JOB NOT FINISHED). Pretty easy to put on, so I do that and think maybe it’s not THAT big of a deal. After running my errands around town I get home and as I’m pulling in my CHECK ENGINE light comes on. VERY untrustworthy, terrible communication, and they do not seem educated enough to be doing any sort of detailed work on anyone’s vehicle. They are scam artists and you are better off taking it to a dealership for their prices. At least you know they’d do the job right there.

The Auto masters folks took care of one of my company 4runners in an extremely timely and cost effective manner. We needed a diagnosis and repair quickly, and they delivered. Katie opened up the shop to us after hours so we could retrieve equipment from our vehicle and Erica answered all my calls for updates with kindness and professionalism. Never a fun time when you have a breakdown, but always grateful when the Auto masters crew saves the day. Thank you!

The service tech was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Mechanics had my car done in a timely fashion and were able to find air filter for my little Subaru Justy we call her the unicorn because there's very few around and everything is hard to find for her. I also had my outback serviced added differential oil and transmission fluid. I took it in because it was shifting very hard, I dropped it off Friday and picked it up Tuesday. Great group of people. Highly recommend. Both were fixed in time for nasty weather and as you can see we got it.

Such an amazing shop! Has helped me in the most frustrating situations and are GOOD, GENUINE people. Took me in same day & gave me the answers I needed for my safety. I will always go to them with my car maintenance. Highly recommend!

We are from Michigan and traveling through the area. Had a fuel leak on a 2011 Ford f250 . Kent and the guys took my truck in and diagnosed the issue with in minutes.
Repaired the fuel line and got me back on the road.
Awesome service definitely a 5 star operation for this worried traveler.

I don't know how it is possible, but Auto Masters made our car repair experience actually enjoyable. Debbie was a miracle worker and went out of her way to get us a radiator quickly so that we would not be stranded for too long. She was so kind. They quoted us an honest price. The mechanic was excellent and we have had no problems after continuing our trip and putting another 500 miles on our car. We would recommend Auto Masters to anyone for both their customer service and their quality.

Typically take work trucks to Auto Masters, but my personal vehicle has been needing some significant repairs. Sam, Dave and all the employees are top notch professionals. The care, quality and detail they put into their work can't be beat. If you need anything from an oil change to a power steering pump replaced, you can't go wrong with Auto Masters. I strongly recommend their services. I know I'll be going back. Thanks for taking care of me:)

Outstanding mechanics and service! Honest, experts, timely! My family’s Sequoia experienced a radiator overheat while pulling our trailer across the state for a week long camping trip. Auto Masters were able to get us in ASAP and what was an area that could have been very expensive (replace radiator, thermostat, head gasket) turned out to be only a radiator cap. They didn’t take advantage and got us on our way! Thank you Dave and Debra!!
