They are scammers. They sold me a truck that is under warranty and they do not want to fix it. They do not have anything else to invent so they do not fix it, they are thieves and I have proof, but I never recommend anyone to buy here. that's why the diler is always empty.
Este lugar no es confiable.compre un camión con ellos todavía esta en garantía de fábrica y no lo quieren arreglar por que no les da la gana, tengo pruebas y voy a demandar a este lugar por estafa no saben k mentira decirme ya para no arreglarlo.me lleve el camión a otro gmc y lo arreglaron en 3 horas eran ellos los k no les dio la gana después de venderme el camión ya no les importa nada sin unos estafadores CUIDADO con este dealer

Everytime I get my truck back it ether smells of heavy body odor or oil. One time they actually stashed the trash from an install inside of my vehicles tailgate, and the install actually was faulty and cause my tailgate to pop off the hinge. Another time I heard squeaking from the vehicle. They told me I had to wear in the new break pads. After the sound didn’t go away (after 4 visits, and then gaslighting me) they finally pinned it down to the transmission rubbing against the housing.. I thought I bought a new truck? Not sure why they need to adjust my driver seat the way they do ether.

The number for the "GM" they gave me in the reply is actually just the front desk. I don't appreciate the bot reply. I did however get through eventually for a new problem on my truck. My rotors have deep deep grooves, something you shouldn't see with less than 17,000 miles on the vehicle. They told me to come in and they would "grind them down" so they'd be smooth again. After taking 2 hours out of day to get them smoothed (and them gaslighting me into thinking I don't know how to brake properly) I'm certain they didn't do anything. Grooves are still there. I was coming down I-70 over the weekend and my vehicle would shake violently whenever I tried to brake over 70mph... not ideal when you have your wife and baby in the vehicle. I don't feel safe in my truck and I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this place or a GMC vehicle at that.

I have been to a lot of dealers (30+) and I have to say this has been by far the best. The sales manager Jeremy was hands on and very helpful with the sale. He was honest throughout the process and that goes a long way especially for car sales. I highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased my GMC Sierra at AutoNation GMC West. After just over 28,000 miles my check engine light came on showing faulty fuel injectors.
After waiting several days for the repairs to be made the check engine light came back on just a few days later. I took my truck back to GMC West for more repairs. When I picked up my truck there was no mention of the mistake made by their mechanic. The mistake was that the wrong fuel injectors were installed in my truck. Only when I read the invoice statement did I become aware of the problem. Now just over 30,000 miles later my catalytic converter has gone bad. A faulty fuel injector that dumps excess fuel can damage a catalytic convertor. Ben, the manager said that I cannot prove that the faulty injectors caused the problem. AutoNation GMC West Service center refused to take any responsibility for their faulty work or the needed repair. It has been a horrible experience to work with this service center.

The people in the service department are incompetent and dishonest. I called and scheduled an appointment to get my brakes replaced and I had to wait a week to drop it off. They didn't touch my car to service it for almost 10 days. They refilled the AC in the first week but I told them I needed new brakes before I moved out of state. They kept telling me it should be done by Thursday, then Friday, then Monday, then after I called over and over again and had to monitor them like they were children, they got it done middle of day Tuesday, the 12th day after I dropped it off. Who is scheduling appointments? Do they not communicate with the mechanics about when they can actually get to the car? They had a lot of reasons that it took so long, like my car was an older model, but the truth is that they didn't event begin to look at my car until I started calling every day and complaining half way through the 12 day process. Ryan was the only redeeming person there and he wasn't the supervisor assigned to my car. Austin was the most condescending and disrespectful technician I have ever dealt with, making endless empty promises and every time I expressed frustration, his tone was clear that he wasn't concerned and he just told me whatever I wanted to hear to get off his case.

I would only suggest coming here for car service if you like the thought of torture.

had my truck for 15 day's and not once did anyone reach back out to me, had to go in to the service dept. to find out status and all i got was that there running some test's? really bad part was i have the GMC app on my phone that shows were my truck is parked and it never moved in 10 days in there parking lot. every time i went in check on my truck all i got was that someone named Joseph was supposed to call me, never called me!! sales dept was great but service dept. needs to communicate with customers better. still have a check engine light on and no answers.
